Returns
We accept returns only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. To request a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact us at sudhanshusinghacadmy@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Provide proof of purchase (order number) and details of the issue, including pictures if applicable.
- Ship the item back to the provided address in its original condition and packaging. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or damaged.
Refunds
Refunds are processed under the following conditions:
- Refund requests are approved after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- If approved, the refund will be credited within 4-5 business days and issued to the original payment method.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective items).
